So first things first - this bike is heavy. That said, the electric assist works great and you can pedal without the assistance.
Unboxing and assembly:
The bike is well packaged and protected. It comes almost fully assembled. However, I recommend that if you have any trepidation about assembly, take the bike directly to a competent bike shop. The instructions for assembly are useless and you will need several tools. If this is your first bike, skip the aggravation.
Quality:
Materials are solid and fit and finish is good. The battery pack fits well into the bike and charges fine. I have ridden the bike moderately (no jumping, which is cautioned against) and found it to be quite solid. Some components are better than others. For example, the pedals and the front light assembly could stand some improvement. The rest of the bike - the more important components - seem sturdy and well built.
Weight:
